Kicking off the EOD analysis thread……

this thread is for posting the probable trades 4 d next day….with charts of course….

any1 can post the charts stating the reason as to why is this trade a probable excellent pick for next day….

many minds at work….hoping to get a lot of posts here…from every1 may it b beginners or some what experienced….we get to learn from each other…which is more important….which will help us become a better trader :) … all views are welcome….

DLF luks gud for long becoz it has validated the tl.it opened near resistance…and den falled ..that tl holds significance…..A Pivot High…above that pivot we can get a nice breakout…

so plan would be…to take up longs with normal qty whenever hit…using ambush…and trail sl to safe places….same as we did in punj today…as posted in ambush charts part 2…

RCAP daily view..good 4 long simply coz tl validation…luk at 1 post above in DLF…the same luking validated tl gave nice long trade the next day….

axis bank near ph… possibility of breakout…

Wonder whether we should change the name of the thread from EOD ANALYSIS to something else,…..EOD ANALYSIS somehow sounds like after the event when actually this is all about what we are looking at before the event.

Just a question/s….do we not short list anything for the Short play also. Broadly, I think it shd contain plays for both sides on the next day.

Also, say in the charts posted above, we look for Long plays. But do we look for Shorts ONLY on the BO Failure among these shares?? or we avoid even those Shorts??

Hello All,

BHEL was indicating short yesterday as the hourly candles were all showing downtrends. Shorted today at 2226 (Below visible PL at 10:20 and still waiting. CMP is less than 2150.

SAINT, seniors please correct me if I am wrong about my yesterdays analysis.

PS : I am a silent follower of ambush methods. Thanks a lot SAINT for your invaluable efforts.. Appreciates efforts of Neeraj, Puneet, Kapil et al..

basically today's bias is playing both sides…..can move either way…we have a breakout at stake….after retracement…and we have a continuation of 60 flow……

so SAR's will come into play……les see….am gonna take both sides trades…just to catch d right direction….

gap up abt 1 % expected….

Have a look at Neeraj's chart on ABAN above…….it's a classical bear trap type of a pattern,so watch out.It all depends on where the markets are going to open,or rather where ABAN opens.Both ABAN and Nifty Similar in that if it opens back into the area before breakdown,price may set up a move to the up and catch the bears on the wrong foot totally…….so be very cautious.

Watch how it plays out before committing to the trade……….

I think it is 60 min chart thats showing the bear trap. Look at where ABAN closed compared to the pivot low of 20th. You have shown it in your charts.

Observations :

Axisbank-23Jul09 5minTF

1. Both 5min and 60-min TF shows upward trend
2. Major resistance at 897
3. Expecting BO from rectangle congestion
4. Possibly today was a relaxing day after yesterdays fall with only a range of 26 points
5. whole number resistance myth at 900 is very near

Hence looking for long above PH+F (above 902) or Opening Bar +F (if gap up open).
No trade and SOH, if Gap down to get another sign for long.

Seniors please check and correct me, if I am wrong. Feel free to delete this post, if I am misleading..

60-min chart (BHEL)
1. beginning of upward trend.
2. Immediate resistance is 2175
3. Probably resting after yesterdays freefall
4. Ascending triangle formation showing continuation of trend
5. Daily range of 46 points only showing fatigue

Daily Chart-BHEL
A clear Harami pattern on daily chart, whereby todays candle is
totally within yesterdays candle. This shows that the current downward
trend is concluded.

Careful long positions on PH. Will wait for further confirmations for shorts on 5-min, probably from higher TFs

Seniors correct me if I am wrong, before misleading others.

Observations :

60min Chart - Reliance

1. resting on a strong resistance at 2052
2. 60 min and daily chart showing continuation of uptrend
after yesterdays pullback
3. Next level of resistance near 2110.
4. Possible candidate for long at above current resistance

in d markets….d markets make a U turn..when it is in complete hands of bears…now is in bulls hands….dis is what we do aint it ? in 60 min flow…all is short….now after the end hav come…a ph is taken out now we are long….thatt is 60 min chart…

dis chart appears weak in 60 min flow…a retracement in daily flow…and still bearish in 5 min…..now if markets tend strong…all dese bears of 60 and 5 will b caught in action …and all the trends will come together with a BLOWWW…….just a view…..can b wrong…

if weak opening…den will catch up wid the bears….in dis very stock :) as already weak…

whole others r breaking out…dis 1 may come out of the area….lukin at the US…expect a nice opening…

Sesa Goa - Buy Candidate

Below is the Weekly chart - this week's bar has given a breakout above its all-time high (240.85).

And below is the daily chart - next week if the high of 240.85 is taken out, we can go long at 240.85 +f keeping SL at the then pivot-low of 224.55 -f.
